WHAT IF I PRE-PAY FOR A CLASS, AND I CAN NOT ATTEND THAT CLASS?

If you are unable to attend a class date after registering, please give us notice at least 24 hours in advance.  We will re-schedule you for another date. We will re-schedule up to 2 more times. No refunds. The same policy for 'rain-delays'. We will re-schedule the course for another day.

IS THERE ANY PRE-REQUISITES I NEED TO ATTEND ANY CCW CLASS?

There are no pre-requisites.  You do not need any experience with shooting or firearms knowledge.

DO I HAVE TO OWN MY OWN FIREARMS TO TAKE THE CCW CLASS?

We provide you with firearms and ammunition that is required for the live-fire portion of the class.  If you have an firearm that you would like to use, please leave the ammunition for that firearm, in your vehicle.  No live ammunition is allowed in the classroom portion of the course.

WHAT IS THE REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY OF APPAREL ITEMS?

If items meet the conditions listed below, refund can be issued (minus original shipping costs). Just email us at kirkland.ccw@omf.com with your request, within 30 days of purchase. Please provide us with your order number, return tracking #, and desired exchange size and/or color.

Exchanges can be made under the following conditions:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.​

  2. Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached.

    1. Any items returned that don't meet these requirements will be shipped back to original address, at the customer's expense, and no exchange/refund will be issued.​

  3. Original shipping charges are not refundable, unless its our fault.​

  4. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange/refund of products (unless its our fault). When shipping items back, we suggest that you have a tracking and/or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return product(s) during the shipping process, so we are not responsible for said item nor the shipping charge.

  5. All exchanges/refunds should be mailed back to Kirkland Family Tactical, 795 Williams Ave, Hamilton, OH 45015

  6. Once your product(s) are received back, your refund or exchange, will be processed if the above policy conditions are met upon inspections.​

WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENT AND IT IS DAMAGED?

If you receive your package and it is visibly damage, please note the damage on freight bill or receipt.  Once received, please keep the original package, packing materials, and parts intact. You will need to keep proof of the damage/missing items for Kirkland Family Tactical and/or 3rd party shipping company.  Additional steps may need, depending on the 3rd party policies, to file the insurance claim.
